How to Apply for a Kroc Center Scholarship
How to Renew Your Scholarship
- Download a Membership Scholarship Application. You can also pick one up at The Kroc Center Welcome Desk or in the Family Resource Center lobby.
- Attach COPIES of all household income verification documents to your completed application. This includes all documents that best reflect the gross annual salary income of all household members: check stubs, unemployment statement, social security, food stamps award letter, alimony, child support income, etc…
- Return your completed application with attached household income verification to the Welcome Desk or the Family Resource Center by the 20th of each month. You will be notified in writing of your scholarship award, if awarded a scholarship.

*In order to be eligible to renew your scholarship, you must obtain two Life Skill credits within a year of your original scholarship sign-up date.
